Hello! We are the Ehrenhardts from central Illinois. The Heart of Portugal in 12 Days was our 7th Rick Steves' Europe tour (RSE) and the first of two tours we took in 2025. We always ask other seasoned RSE travelers what tours they recommend and Portugal was a frequent favorite. We decided to give it a try and can tell you it will now be one of our top recommendations!
So, come along as we share our journey to beautiful Portugal, known for its rich history, cultural heritage, Fado, port, cork, cod and peacocks, too!
